Summerland Farm, part of Aruma, is seeking a Retail Team Leader to guide a friendly team, keep the retail space vibrant, and support meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability.

You will coach team members, delight customers, and help bring the Summerland Farm experience to life on a beautiful macadamia and avocado farm overlooking the Ballina coastline. Applicants must have a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and pre-employment checks apply.
