The Duty Manager will work cooperatively, professionally and dynamically with management and staff to ensure the successful execution of allcustomer service within the hotel.

The successful operation of this hotel requires managers to work acrossa variety of day and nightshifts.

Primary responsibilities include

- supervision ofa large team with a focus on customer care
- identification of training needs and implementation ofnecessary procedures as required
- liaison withsuppliers and other hotel personnel to ensure quality product and service




- ensure the efficient setup and pack downofservice areas within the required time frames

The successful applicant will

- have the ability to work and leadunder pressure, at a fast pace
- have exceptional communication skills and personal presentation
- have proven supervisory experience in a busy hotel environment
- have a sound wine, cocktail andfood product knowledge
- have a consistent approach to delivering the highest level of service
- would ideally have a RSA & RSG
