Boss Sign Group in Melbourne seeks a Signage Production Specialist to blend drawing preparation, CNC operation and hands-on fabrication. You will generate elevations, work from site data, and produce files for production, then set up the MultiCam router to craft 3D letters, boxes and illuminated signs using ACM, aluminium, acrylic and PVC.
This is a hands-on, end‑to‑end role in a busy signage shop. The ideal candidate has signage industry experience, solid fabrication knowledge and robust
