TMR Refrigeration is looking for a highly organised, motivated and reliable Service Administrator to join our team.
We are a busy commercial refrigeration business servicing clients across the Mid North Coast. Our team specialises in breakdown services, preventative maintenance, installations and commercial refrigeration solutions.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, has excellent attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced service workplace.
About the Role
As our Service Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting our technicians, coordinating daily operations and ensuring our service department runs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.
- Scheduling and coordinating service technicians.
- Managing service requests, work orders and job bookings.
- Reviewing technician job cards for accuracy and completeness.
- Preparing and processing customer invoices.
- Assisting with quotations, purchase orders and parts ordering.
- Monitoring outstanding jobs and following up on required actions.
- Maintaining accurate customer, asset and job records.
- Providing general administrative support to the service team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and confident managing multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in administration, scheduling or service coordination.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computers and business management software.
- The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the trades, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing or HVAC industries would be highly regarded.
Experience with Simpro would be an advantage, but is not essential.
