The Role
- Manage a small, well-maintained residential property portfolio
- Build and maintain robust relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate routine inspections, maintenance and repairs
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures
