Urban Angles is seeking a Customer Experience Co-ordinator to be the first point of contact for clients, book, manage and close out jobs across our photography, video and 3D production services, ensuring smooth delivery from first call to final delivery.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, coordinate a high volume of jobs, keep clients updated with transparent timelines, and stay calm under pressure when timelines tighten.
