Professional Search Group is seeking a Level 1 Service Desk Officer in Perth's eastern suburbs to join a dynamic IT team. You will provide frontline end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and document requests, helping clients stay productive daily.

Ideal candidates have a customer focus, experience in similar roles, and knowledge of Office 365 and Windows AD. This is a full time on-site position with opportunities to grow into more senior roles.
