Rozgoo is seeking a Scheme Administrator to support the administration of the Scheme across Leave Management or Levy Management as required. You will handle data entry, analysis, and information recording, ensuring data accuracy and timely responses to enquiries.
In this role you will process requests from internal and external stakeholders, escalate issues as needed, and maintain transparent communication to ensure timely resolution and high-quality service delivery.
