Dandy is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician - Fixed to join our digital lab team. You will work directly with clinicians on patient case designs, provide real-time support via chat, phone, or video, and translate clinical feedback into production outcomes.

This role demands strong communication, CAD/CAM familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple complex cases in a fast-growing fully digital setting.
