Motion Designer - Digital Campaigns & Content 2 Month Contract | Melbourne CBD | On-site

We're on the lookout for a talented Midweight Motion Designer to join the fast-paced in-house creative team of a well-known hospitality brand on a short-term contract. This is a hands‑on, delivery-focused role, perfect for a Motion Designer who enjoys bringing creative campaigns to life through engaging animation and motion graphics across digital, DOOH and social. Working alongside a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer and Client Services Lead, you'll be responsible for creating, adapting and rolling out high-quality motion assets across multiple formats, ensuring everything is on-brand, engaging and production-ready.

What you’ll be doing

- Create and roll out engaging motion graphics and animated content across digital, DOOH, social and display.
- Adapt existing creative concepts into animated assets across multiple formats, sizes and specifications.
- Bring static designs to life through animation, transitions and motion effects.
- Work within established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all campaign assets.
- Collaborate with the wider creative team to deliver high-quality content to tight deadlines.




- Take motion projects from initial brief through to final production and delivery.

What we’re looking for

- Midweight Motion Designer with experience in an agency or fast‑paced in‑house creative environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proven experience creating and adapting motion assets for digital campaigns, DOOH and social platforms.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with existing creative concepts and brand guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail, with an understanding of digital formats, specifications and export requirements.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and delivering high‑quality work to tight deadlines.
- A team-oriented, approachable personality who enjoys working as part of a busy creative team.
