SHEIKE is seeking an Assistant Boutique Leader to support the Boutique Leader in delivering exceptional customer experiences and robust commercial outcomes on the shop floor.

This hands-on, coaching-focused role champions SHEIKE values, leads by example in styling, service and selling, and supports day‑to‑day operations to drive performance.

You will build relationships with customers, develop team capability and step in as acting leader during peak periods.
