Kennedy Reid Pty is recruiting Fraud & Scams Officers for a major Australian bank in Parramatta. You will support customers facing suspected fraud, scams or unauthorised transactions in a high-volume contact centre, delivering empathetic, clear guidance and timely resolutions.

This casual contract offers in office work with a 9 November 2026 start date, structured onboarding and training, and exposure to fraud prevention and financial crime processes.
