Elements of Byron is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage accommodation bookings by phone, email and online platforms. You will confirm guest needs, coordinate pre-payments and support the Conferencing & Groups team with rooming lists and special requests such as amenities or welcome packs.
You will receive structured training and be paired with a buddy to ensure confidence handling enquiries. The role is full time, 38 hours per week, with a 7-day rotating roster and weekend availability.
