WorkPac Group in Ipswich, Queensland, is seeking civil labourers/operators for ongoing roles on subdivision sites. The positions require Monday–Friday shifts starting at 6:30 AM, with 8.5–9.5 hour days. You will labour roughly 75% of the time and must hold at least two operating tickets with prior civils experience.

The roles offer an attractive hourly rate, penalties, and a daily travel allowance, with straightforward onboarding and secure employment opportunities.
