An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join an established national contractor delivering complex commercial and high-specification industrial projects across WA.

This position offers a unique prospect to combine technical engineering knowledge with subcontractor procurement and project planning, playing a key role in the successful delivery of major construction projects.

Opportunity

- Lead procurement activities across significant commercial and industrial developments.
- Manage tender packages, scopes of work and subcontractor selection.
- Review technical specifications, drawings and project documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractor negotiations and procurement schedules.
- Identify procurement risks and manage critical and long-lead packages.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Managers and delivery teams.
- Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets, programme and construction requirements.





About You

- Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer with a commercial or industrial head contractor.
- Strong understanding of technical construction packages and subcontractor procurement.
- Experience working on medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple procurement packages and stakeholders.
