Aphex is a growth-focused marketing leader sought to own and scale demand generation across paid, organic, and in-person channels. Reporting to the CRO, you will set strategy, allocate a $1M–$2M+ annual budget, and build a team that ships campaigns, tests, and iterates with data.
You’ll drive funnel optimization and collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales to align demand with revenue. This role blends art and science in a scale-up setting.
