Twilio seeks a seasoned Counsel, Commercial, to join our remote-first team. You will partner with the APJ enterprise sales group to manage the full life-cycle negotiation of complex enterprise deals, drafting and negotiating Master Services Agreements, NDAs, and related contracts while balancing risk and business needs.

This role is remote-based, with Sydney, Australia as a base, and may entail occasional travel.
