Twilio is seeking an experienced Counsel, Commercial, to support the Go-to-Market Sales team in APJ. This remote role, based in Sydney, Australia, partners with enterprise sales to manage the full life-cycle negotiation of complex enterprise deals.
You will advise internal clients on contract interpretation, draft, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, PSAs and NDAs, while balancing legal risk with business goals.
