STEDI, a leading automotive lighting brand, is seeking a strategic Head of Sales to drive growth across local and global markets from our Truganina headquarters. You will lead the development and delivery of sales strategies for automotive and 4WD lighting solutions, delivering performance across multiple channels.

You’ll own sales planning, KPI leadership, and customer value programs while building high-performing teams and solid wholesale/retail partnerships to achieve ambitious targets.
