Federato in Sydney is seeking a Founding Senior Customer Engineer to lead technical discovery, solution design, and tailored demos for insurance carriers and MGUs. You will partner with Sales to win deals and co‑create the systems that accelerate the early SE motion.
You will own engagements from discovery to close, translate customer workflows into Federato configurations, and collaborate with Product and Security to strengthen collateral and messaging.
