Fyndr Group is seeking a Head of Operations to own day-to-day operations and scale internal systems. You will commercialise improvements, automate where possible, and drive AI adoption while managing suppliers and risk.

The role reports to the COO and sits within a lean, fast-moving FinTech setting. You will lead an existing Operations Manager and coordinate across teams to prioritise investments, improve processes, and strengthen business continuity.
