The GELATI Department is located within the gourmet, fine food emporium at the Brickworks Centre,Ferry Rd Markets. Owned and operated by The Standard Market Company, a retail company that specialises in gourmet, high quality food.
We currently have a vacancy for a: Gelati Production Assistant . We are looking for someone who has full availability at least 25+ hours per week. You will be joining a vibrant and passionate team, who have a specialised focus on producing the highest quality gelati.
Your responsibilities will include:
- As a Production assistant you willensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times in the kitchen.
- Assist in High volume food preparation and production of Gelato.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in High Volume food preparation (Highly regarded)
- Previous experience in Gelati or Ice cream Production (Highly regarded)
- Have a passion and drive to learn a unique skill.
- Friendly personality, able to work well in a team workplace and a good learner and listenerwho can follow direction
- Ability to work autonomously
- Reliable travel to Southport
- Able to work a flexible roster
- You must have full-working rights in Australia to be eligible for this role.
