After many wonderful years, one of our valued senior stylists is moving on to her next chapter. We are looking for an experienced, passionate stylist to join our Carlingford team two/three days a week from January 2027, with a December start available for the right person.

Hair by Phd is a premium salon group with locations across Sydney's Hills, Parramatta and Camden. We are known for exceptional colour, Curly Hair, beautiful cutting and a genuinely luxurious client experience. Our Carlingford salon is calm, polished and welcoming, with a loyal clientele and a close-knit, supportive team.

What you will be doing

Delivering beautiful cuts, colour, foils, and balayage.

Providing thorough consultations so every client knows exactly what to expect

Building lasting client relationships and growing your book

Recommending treatments and retail with confidence

Contributing to a positive, skilled salon culture

What you will bring





Qualified hairdresser (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent)

At least 3 years' salon experience post-qualification

Strong colour and cutting skills

Curly hair experience highly regarded

Excellent communication and a warm, professional manner

Reliability and pride in your work
