Kinetic IT is seeking an experienced Practice Lead to shape and lead the Service Level Management and Monitoring & Reporting practice within a SIAM workplace. You will guide a capable team, design practical processes and provide advisory support to customers and multiple service providers.

You will coach and develop the team, define service level measures, and lead enhancements to reporting and analytics to ensure outcomes are aligned with client needs.
