Talison, based at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation, is seeking an experienced HR leader to influence performance, build leadership capability, and drive people outcomes in a complex operational workplace.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will guide workforce strategy, lead a multidisciplinary People & Culture team, manage enterprise agreements, investigations, and governance to support operational excellence.
