We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a PMO Lead / Business Manager to support a major Risk Transformation program.

This is a high-impact role responsible for governance, executive reporting, financial management, portfolio oversight and stakeholder coordination across a complex regulatory and transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive PMO governance, reporting and delivery oversight
- Prepare Executive, Steering Committee and Board reporting
- Manage program budgets, forecasting and resource planning
- Track risks, dependencies, milestones and program outcomes
- Support senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Business and Technology
- Establish best-practice PMO processes and controls

About You

- Experience as a PMO Lead,



Business Manager or Transformation Manager
- Background delivering large-scale transformation programs within Financial Services
- Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to Risk, Regulatory Change or APRA-regulated environments highly regarded
