nbn is seeking a Recoveries Lead in Melbourne to protect the network and financial interests by leading end-to-end investigations of recoverable damage claims, disputes and legal recovery matters. You will assess liability, causation and evidence, determine case strategy and drive escalation through negotiation and legal referral.
You will work with operational teams, nbn Legal, insurers, collection agencies and service partners to coordinate recovery outcomes and provide specialist support
