We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS & Performance and Goals Management (PMGM) Consultant with expertise in end-to-end implementations, system configuration, integrations, reporting, and application support.

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS & Performance and Goals Management (PMGM) Consultant with expertise in end-to-end implementations, system configuration, integrations, reporting, and application support.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Deliver 3–6 end-to-end implementations across SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).
- Hold certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Learning and PMGM .
- Manage integrations with BizX, HRIS Sync, iContent, Proxy Configuration, and SuccessFactors Integration Center.
- Develop and maintain LMS reports using BIRT/PRD , including advanced and ad-hoc reporting.
- Configure LMS connectors, connector properties, custom columns, APMs, system settings, and related LMS tools.
- Integrate third-party learning content providers such as TACO and Skillsoft .
- Configure goal setting, performance management, goal cascading, group goals, and team goals.
- Support Continuous Performance Management and 360-degree multi-rater templates.




- Identify talent gaps and align career paths with development plans and learning activities.
- Conduct gap analysis and develop strategic roadmaps and solution blueprints.
- Handle incidents, perform error analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective resolutions.
- Proactively monitor applications, recommend improvements, and ensure optimal system performance.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM.
- Expertise in implementation, configuration, integration, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
