SeaLink North Queensland is seeking a Marine Training Manager to report to the Marine Operations Manager and drive crew training, competency management, safety compliance and workforce development across its marine operations.

The successful candidate will move from vessel command into a senior shore-based leadership role, developing the next generation of Masters, Engineers and Deckhands to support safe, productive operations and growth.
