NextGen HR is seeking a Centralised Services Manager to own the day-to-day of centralised service operations, client onboarding and offboarding—from discovery through go-live to clean exits. You’ll drive Cybershield rollouts client by client and keep DevOps priorities aligned to remove pain for the team.
You'll lead the DevOps, Security and Proactive Support (NOC) teams, report to the Head of Services, and foster a culture where people are motivated to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
