Transgrid is seeking a Construction Team Manager to lead teams of Construction Electricians, Construction Managers, Site Managers and Senior Site Managers across NSW and ACT. You will focus on people leadership, performance, capability uplift and operational alignment to deliver safe, effective construction outcomes.

You will coordinate resources, coach teams, manage progress and align with engineering and commissioning stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery across sites.
