NSW Health is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager Level 3 for the Newborn Care Centre in Randwick. The role oversees day-to-day management, coordinates intensive care services for neonates, and provides clinical leadership to nursing and clerical staff within the unit.

The NUM will work with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing to ensure secure, high‑quality care, staff development, and strategic planning aligned with hospital policies and SESLHD objectives.
