Alder Group on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil and infrastructure delivery across a growing portfolio. You will plan, program, manage cost control, and mentor project teams while sustaining solid client and stakeholder relationships.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage risks and variations, review documentation, and drive projects from start to finish with a focus on safety, quality, and value for local communities.
