Helping Hand Aged Care is seeking a Group Manager, Residential Services to lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across metropolitan and regional South Australia. You will guide Residential Service Managers, lift clinical and operational performance and champion person-centred care across multiple sites.
You’ll report to the Head of Residential Operations and balance commercial discipline with compassion, enabling leaders to deliver high-quality resident outcomes and solid governance.
