You will lead the clinical and care workforce, delivering protected, high-quality person-centred care aligned to the Aged Care Act 2024 and Quality Standards. This hands-on leadership role balances governance, capability, and performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will partner with regional teams to drive clinical excellence and high-performing teams across the site.
