Duratec Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead project delivery and operational performance across Sydney and broader NSW. Based in our Sydney office, you will drive safe, productive and profitable outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects within the fuel, energy, defence, infrastructure and remediation sectors, while supporting growth of the NSW business.

You will oversee a $20M portfolio, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive continuous improvement in delivery
