Xero is seeking a Senior Data & AI Governance Specialist to help govern data and AI responsibly across the business. You will partner with Product, Privacy, Security, Regulatory, Risk, and Government Relations to translate policy into practical guidance and enable teams to innovate safely.
You will drive governance programs that address bias, transparency, and explainability while aligning with Responsible Data Use commitments and evolving regulations across Australia and Current Zealand.
