- Contribute to the development roadmap of the APAC installment business, owning market research, customer needs analysis, product design and product iteration for installment products.
- Manage engagement, tendering and procurement, and ongoing operations and relationship management with banks and leasing institutions across the APAC region.
- Establish the management framework and policies governing the customized development, launch and iteration of overseas auto finance products.
- Lead the establishment and continuous optimization of the financial product management and operations system.
- Build the installment finance data framework, business performance analysis framework, pricing framework and residual value management framework; analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of relevant experience. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills,



with the ability to conduct business communication proficiently in English.
- Experience in overseas auto finance, or local working experience in the APAC/Australia region, is preferred. Proven experience in independently planning, landing and executing projects. Outstanding cross-functional communication and coordination skills, robust teamwork spirit, a high sense of responsibility, proactive and self-driven, with excellent project delivery capability.
- Familiarity with auto finance product systems in the APAC region; proficient in financial product pricing, product strategy planning, business operations management and related professional work; well-versed in industry regulatory policies and end-to-end business processes. Meticulous and rigorous at work, committed to professional integrity, strong professional conduct, with sharp market insight and mature business acumen.
