Westpac is seeking an Associate Director, Pursuit Manager to lead bids and proposals for Global Transactions Services in Sydney. You will coordinate Deal Leads and cross-functional teams, translating client needs into persuasive content while maintaining deadlines and high-quality outputs.
The role includes supporting client pitches, developing content, and ensuring sales materials are explicit, consistent, and production-ready, with three days in the office and broad exposure across Westpac
