Bloom Hearing Specialists is seeking an experienced and people-focused leader to join our Sales Leadership Team in Milton, NSW. You will oversee funding and claims across Australia and Recent Zealand, driving sales growth and building high-performing teams across regional clinics.
Reporting to the Funding and Claims Manager, you will develop SOPs, mentor staff, ensure compliance with HSP, DVA, WorkCover and other funders, and provide accurate reporting on performance and revenue recovery.
