The University of Sydney seeks a Senior Specialist, Psychosocial Safety to provide expert advice on complex psychosocial risk matters across campuses, partnering with HSW, HR, and staff health teams.

You will analyze data, mature the HSMS to meet standards, and lead initiatives to embed a proactive safety culture with solid leadership and cross-functional collaboration across faculties and units.
