Rose Litigation Lawyers is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Senior Associate with the firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice and representation to our diverse client base.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage a portfolio of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract and shareholder disputes , construction litigation, insolvency and regulatory investigations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and objectives
- Participate in the full range of dispute resolution activities including mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Mentor and supervise junior members of the litigation team
- Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation, ideally in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
- Proven track record of successfully handling a diverse range of commercial disputes
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Solid written and oral communication abilities,



with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to both clients and the courts
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
- Thorough understanding of the procedural framework governing commercial litigation
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving commercial outcomes
