Maltem Australia is looking for a hands-on AI Enablement Engineer to work with a development team and accelerate the adoption of AI-assisted software engineering. You will embed Claude Code into developers' daily workflows, coaching them through coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.

You are a software engineer first with production-grade experience and contemporary engineering practices, comfortable coaching others, and applying AI tooling in real projects.
