Minor Hotels is launching NH Collection Sydney as a luxury property and seeks a Rooms Division Manager for the pre-opening team. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Concierge and Guest Services to establish service standards and build a high-performing team from day one.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will recruit, train and set up operational procedures, then drive day-to-day performance, guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
