Downer is seeking a senior laboratory leader in Western Australia to manage lab operations across two laboratories and a mobile capability. You will drive process control, meet specifications, and push cost-competitive, high-quality outputs for a growing lab business.

The role is autonomous and involves KPI baselines, staged delivery plans, and leadership of Supervisors. You will hold a solid track record in asphalt materials, NATA signatory duties, ISO/IEC 17025, and data-driven SPC reporting,
