Recruitment Consultant, GP and Healthcare (Brisbane)

At Talent Hub Australia, we connect healthcare providers across Queensland with the people who keep them running. GP clinics are our fastest-growing area, and we want an experienced recruiter to lead it with us.

What this role really is
You’ll place GPs with the clinics we already work with, and you’ll also bring in new clinics through your own contacts. You’ll own the whole process, from the first call with a practice manager to the day your GP starts. The more you place, the more you earn.

What you’ll do

Fill GP vacancies at small and mid-size clinics, permanent and locum

Build strong relationships with clinic owners and practice managers

Win new clients and grow the GP side of the business

Keep a strong pipeline of GPs who trust you and call you first

You’ll fit in if you





Have recruited GPs or doctors before and know the market

Already have GP and clinic contacts you can call on

Have won current clients before and enjoy it

Like being trusted with your own patch and want to grow it

What’s in it for you

A base salary plus uncapped commission, with the details discussed at or after interview

Real ownership of the GP division, with direct access to the director and fast decisions

Based in our Brisbane office for your first 6 months, then flexible work (hybrid or work from home) as you prove yourself
