Senior Analyst / Associate – M&A; & Equity Capital Markets

$160,000–$220,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience + completion bonus
Six-month contract, with potential to extend or become permanent.

Archer Edward is seeking an Analyst or Associate to support a growing pipeline of M&A; and equity capital markets opportunities.

Working directly with the firm’s senior leadership, you will contribute across buy-side and sell-side transactions, capital markets preparation and strategic corporate advisory assignments. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys financial analysis, preparing transaction materials and keeping execution moving.

The opportunity

You will take ownership of core analytical and execution workstreams, including:

- Building and reviewing financial models, valuations and transaction scenarios.
- Preparing pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations and other transaction materials.
- Undertaking company, sector, comparable company and precedent transaction analysis.
- Supporting acquisition and divestment processes, including target identification, buyer research and due diligence coordination.
- Analysing capital structures, funding requirements, shareholder dilution and potential equity issuance scenarios.
- Supporting IPO readiness and equity capital markets preparation, including financial analysis, positioning and presentation materials.
- Managing data rooms,



due diligence requests, transaction timetables and adviser coordination.

About you

You will likely bring experience from investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services or a corporate development team, with exposure to M&A; and/or equity capital markets.

We are looking for someone with:

- Strong financial modelling, valuation and accounting skills.
- Experience producing explicit, polished transaction documents and presentations.
- An understanding of M&A; processes and equity capital markets.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- The judgement and initiative to progress work independently while knowing when to seek direction.
- A practical, commercially minded approach and confidence working in a small team.

We are open to a strong Analyst ready to take on greater responsibility or an experienced Associate who can contribute immediately.
