Q-CTRL's Quantum Sensing Research team develops next‑generation quantum sensing capabilities, translating theory into real‑world navigation and sensing solutions.

The Senior Scientist, Quantum Sensing (Modeling and Control) will design software‑layer control protocols and statistical filters to improve magnetometer sensitivity and robustness for fielded platforms. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deploy algorithms on actual hardware and push quantum sensing forward.
