Corelight is seeking a Senior Escalation Engineer to join Customer Success and act as a trusted technical resource for complex product, system, and network issues. You will own Tier 3 customer escalations from initial investigation through resolution and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales Engineering to deliver a superior customer experience.
