Head of Growth / Growth Lead | Hands-On, AI-Led | $140k-$180k + Bonus

We need someone who owns the number and can do the work.

VERVE Fitness is one of Australia's fastest growing commercial and home gym equipment brands, profitable and targeting $150M within four years. Over the next few months we launch VERVE Pulse, our gym software, as a standalone product and open in the United States from Dallas. Marketing runs through our CEO today, with a small team and a fleet of AI agents that already do real production work. That's why this seat exists.

We're looking for a hands-on Head of Growth / Growth Lead to own our marketing number, lead the team, and step into any channel when it matters.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You'll own marketing-attributed Sales against budget, plus the full marketing budget, across every channel in Australia and the US: Meta, Google, Klaviyo email and SMS, Shopify, content and B2B lead generation. Creative sign-off is yours, and so is our AI agent fleet, along with what you build next. You'll lead a team of four: Ecommerce Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Creative Lead and a Marketing Coordinator.

Meta above break-even, Google at target

Email and SMS to 15% of company Sales by June 2027

Qualified B2B leads up 30%, at flat or lower cost





US launch demand targets hit in the first 90 days of trading

WHERE THIS SITS

You report to our CEO and lead the marketing team. The team runs the channels day to day. When a seat is empty or a test needs shipping, you do it yourself. If you'd rather direct than do, this isn't the role.

MUST HAVES

- Owned a Sales or ROAS number, running a budget of several hundred thousand dollars against ROAS and CAC targets
- Hands-on in Meta or Google, plus Klaviyo or Shopify/CRO, and able to run them yourself
- Built automations, agents or workflows with AI (n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude, custom GPTs), not just prompts
- Led people or agencies; two or three people plus agencies is enough
- Able to work on site at Upper Coomera

BONUS HAVES

- US or international launch experience
- D2C or considered-purchase ecommerce
- B2B lead generation
- A fitness, equipment or premium consumer products background
